SECTION 1: SHIPPING & DELIVERY FRAMEWORK

At Klorens Klothing, we strive to get your apparel to you as swiftly as possible. Standard orders are typically processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 24 to 48 hrs . Please note that during high-demand periods, such as seasonal "drops" or flash sales, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a notification once your order has transitioned from "Processing" to "Dispatched."

We partner with reputed national couriers to ensure your package arrives safely. For customers located in Metro cities, delivery generally occurs within 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch. For Non-metro and remote areas, please allow for a window of 5 to 10 business days. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may be impacted by regional holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical bottlenecks.

All applicable shipping fees are calculated dynamically at the time of checkout based on the weight of the shipment and the delivery destination. In certain instances, Klorens Klothing may offer free shipping if the total order value exceeds a specific promotional threshold. These charges are transparently displayed in your final price breakdown before payment is finalized.

Upon dispatch, a unique tracking link will be shared with you via email and/or SMS. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the movement of their shipment using the provided details. While we facilitate the delivery process, Klorens Klothing shall not be held liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events (such as natural disasters or strikes or lockdowns) or errors committed by third-party courier services beyond our reasonable control.

Our courier partners will make a reasonable number of attempts to deliver your package If a delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer or repeated unavailability of the recipient, the package will be marked as Return-to-Origin (RTO). In such cases, the customer may be liable for additional re-shipping charges. If a refund is requested for an RTO package, Klorens Klothing reserves the right to deduct the original shipping costs from the final refund amount.

International shipping charges may vary based on the destination country, product weight and delivery mode selected. The exact charge will be calculated and shown to the customer at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for all custom duties, import taxes, and any local levies that may be applicable in the destination country. Note: Klofrens does not guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments and custom delays are beyond the company’s control

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Klorens Klothing acknowledges that consumers have a right to return products that are defective, damaged, or significantly misrepresented. We are committed to a fair resolution process for all legitimate grievances regarding product quality or description.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Any item that shows signs of wear or is returned without its original packaging will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for return unless they are found to be physically defective upon arrival.

We understand that fit is everything. We offer a one-time size exchange per order, subject to stock availability. If the requested size is out of stock, you may choose to receive store credit or a refund in accordance with our standard refund timelines.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via the designated portal or email. We may arrange for a reverse pickup in supported pin codes; however, in certain regions, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Every returned item undergoes a rigorous Quality Check (QC) upon arrival. If the product passes inspection, your refund or xchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Refunds are processed in compliance with RBI guidelines and banking norms. For Prepaid orders, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI). For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or provided as store credit, depending on the customer's preference and the availability of banking details.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic or video evidence of the defect or the incorrect item to process your claim. Verified cases of damage or error are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

Cancellations are only permitted before the order has been dispatched. Once the product has been handed over to our logistics partner, the order cannot be cancelled, and the user must follow the standard return process after the package is delivered.
